Authenticity is sexy – the sex god – No Mud No Lotus {Book Preview}

The intimacy that arises between my lover and I is a truly sacred experience; the exact perfumed details to be known only to us. To protect the sanctity of my many experiences I took creative licence to disguise exactitude. I did preserve utmost juiciness though, making use of a thinnest but highly sensitive membrane between truth and fiction.

The essence of my evolution as a man and the erotically graphic descriptions did however remain beautifully intact.

Some say men are simple creatures, but I’ve no doubt that we are complex and multi-dimensional. My new book ‘the sex god – No Mud No Lotus’focuses only on one of those dimensions, the sexual dimension. Sex is explored in great depth and pursuant to my having testicles it is principally from a man’s perspective. I am a provocateur, so be open to my words and don’t be fooled by your conditioned expectations of “appropriate” male behaviour.

Men you will be understood… and confronted.

Women you will be challenged… and adored.

My teacher says that repressed sexual energy has caused all the problems in the world. She tells me that,

We all have a male and female essence within our psyche (as represented by the Tao symbol). Our highest-self contains balanced and positive blueprints for these sexual essences. For both men and women, early interactions with unbalanced men or women can warp, damage or steal our wholesome blueprints. In turn, our damaged blueprint then affects how we relate to each other and our World.

We spend so much of our lives hiding behind roles and relating to others who are also playing roles, don’t we? Through roles we darken our shadows and pretend to be what we are not.

I had always longed to know and express my whole un-guarded self. Recently, I broke trail and cast off protective veneers that had me play the role of being an “average man,” a small man.

I revealed an authentic man hiding inside.

Sometimes authenticity can be uncomfortable. After all, being honest, naked and uncompromising can be shocking—but shocking can be exciting.

If you are a closed-one then this book may not be for you. But if you are interested in opening up some of your closure then I’m sure that your sexual self will be curious, your intellectual self will be titillated, your spiritual self will be evolved…(and you’ll get wet).

Hopefully you will see past any of my selfish-male arrogance and realise the gifted understandings that I have shared.

Indeed if you indulge yourself in all my explicitly juicy retellings, I hope you witness the unfolding of a rich psycho-spiritual story; a resplendent tapestry of the erotic and the sacred that stealthily delivers its timely message.

This is an invitation to get titillated and resonate with my authenticity if you will.

I didn’t mean to be a prude. I was a sexually frank, naked, vulnerable man. When I first started to write, much fear arose. In spite of my authentic bravado, my exposé rattled my ego. After all, when I’m naked, people can see the wrinkles that I would rather pretend weren’t there. So I posed myself some questions:

“How much dare I tell of this one man’s experience?”

“How much should I reveal about being a sexual man, a very sexual creature?”

But as I had a penis… and balls… I told myself. Fear, I see you for what you are and I dance into the fire with you. The result was sexually explicit, ruthlessly honest and to me, a spiritual experience.

We have spent our entire lives being told who we are by people who do not know who they are. You might have spent your entire life denying and dishonouring the formidably beautiful sexual energy that creation is trying to thrust through you.

If this book causes just one man, one woman or one couple to start talking openly about sex then I have been successful.

We must each honour and celebrate our own sexuality.
